Many battery types shipped by Epower2go, Inc. now require special handling per U.S. CFR 49, UN and IATA regulations. Epower2go, Inc. maintains full compliance with those regulations.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal online. We use PayPal as our credit card processor but you do not have to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card! Just select the blue "Continue" link on the left side of the  payment screen (see the image below for the location) to complete your transaction. 

Customer information entered on the order form is secured by GlobeCharge PGP encryption and credit card information to processors is transmitted securely over the Internet via SSL. No customer information (personal or credit card) is stored on our servers.

We also provide the following payment alternatives as a courtesy to our customers:

• Commercial users who do not wish to use their company credit card online may FAX their information to us. Alternately, we can take the information via phone during regular business hours.
• We accept government (US, state, county, city, etc.) purchasing cards.
• International orders are welcome! We provide wire transfer services for our overseas commercial and government customers. Please use the "Contact" link above for complete information about our proforma invoice services and payment via wire transfer.
• If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only). Please allow an additional five (5) business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by money order. To order, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields. Then mail the form and money order to:

A note about the U. S. Fair Credit Billing Act -- Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars ($50) of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within seven (7) days of receipt of order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges are calculated on a weight-per-order basis. Epower2go, Inc. reserves the right to change shipping modes without notice to customer as long as the selected service meets the delivery terms shown at time of sale. If a shipment is delayed by a carrier and does not meet the quoted delivery schedule, Epower2go, Inc. will intervene with the carrier for a refund on behalf of the customer. If granted, that refund will be credited to the customer's credit card or PayPal account. Under no circumstances is Epowergo, Inc. liable for inconsequential or consequential damages due to delay or loss of a shipment by a carrier. Epower2go, Inc. will replace, at no charge to customer, any shipment declared damaged or lost by a carrier.

Limitation of Liability for Information Posted On This Website

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. Product Warranty

Product warranty is provided by each individual manufacturer represented on this website.  Should an item prove to be defective, Epower2go, Inc. will provide a replacement provided the item is returned for inspection and determination of defect.  Under no circumstances is Epower2go, Inc. responsible for any damages, whether consequential or unconsequential.  Further, customer agrees to indeminfy and hold harmless Epower2go, Inc. for any damages caused by any product(s) purchased from this website.  Any and all claims must be adjudicated under the laws of the state of Texas.
