Epower2go, Inc. typically ships items using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail Service. Lithium battery products are automatically shipped via UPS Ground service under 49 CFR rules. Shipments of lithium batteries to continental US destinations shipped via air (2nd Day, Next Day) are packaged under UN 3090 PI 968 rules. International shipments of lithium battery products are shipped via DHL under UN 3090 PI 968 rules.
Returns are cheerfully handled via phone or email.
IMPORTANT -1. DO NOT attempt to return lithium battery products to Epower2go unless you are using the original shipping container and have communicated with us first! Failure to do so may subject you (not us) to unwanted attention from the U.S. Department of Transportation and extremely punitive monetary fines.
2. If you are purchasing APC RBC replacement packs or sealed lead-acid (SLA) batteries, be sure to visually verify the pack version and/or battery type and quantity used in your UPS BEFORE ordering. Manufacturers are notorious for changing things without notice due to product shortages and other issues. Exchanges of UPS batteries are expensive due to the high cost of shipping. Epower2go, Inc. is not responsible for items ordered in error and, therefore, will not refund shipping charges for return shipments and/or exchanges. Customers are required to pay for shipment of replacement items.
